Download all your entries as a CSV file (matching the columns: Date_Arrival, Date_Departure, Campground, Location, Mileage, Site_Num, Cost, Type, Site_Type, Surface, Shade, Site_Level, Notes). Photos are not included in the CSV — back those up separately if you want copies.
Or get a readable Word document with your photos embedded right in the page — good for printing or sharing. Works offline, same as everything else here.
Backup & Restore (Excel)
Download a full backup as an Excel file (.xlsx) — every field, plus your photos embedded right in the sheet. This is the one to keep safe in case something happens to this device.
To restore, upload that same file below. Important: use the file exactly as downloaded — if it's been opened, edited, and re-saved (e.g. in Excel), restoring may not work correctly. This adds to your existing entries rather than replacing them.
